HOT WIRE FOAM CUTTER

Hot wire foam cutter is a heating cutting tool to cut foam,sponge,EPE,KT board etc. We use 0.25mm hot wire to cut them, the cutting edge is so smooth and clean. The effective cutting height is 240-250mm, so you can cut the foam which is within 24cm thickness. The highest temperature is 300-400℃,

So speed is ok for you. At first you need to stable the holders through using L wrench,then push the wire to connect the springs,The wire must be straight.Please make sure the wire is good touch with the copper. At last insert the power and adjust the power to max power,the wire would be hot. You can cut your wanted materials.
