0.8mm and 1.0mm Thickness Hot Knife Blade

Yesterday we helped our clients to test the blade.0.8mm and 1.mm thickness is little difference to affect hot knife’s heating up speed and temperature. If you use 100W hot knife with 0.8mm thickness arc blade, the heating up’s time is about 8-10seconds.If you use 100W hot knife with 1.0mm thickness arc blade, heating up time is about 8-12seconds, not big difference.And their highest temperature is about 650-700℃.

So please do not worry about the time of heating up and do not worry about the highest temperature.
