How to Use A Electric Heating Knife?

A electirc heating knife is a tool to cut kinds of materials through resistance heating.It can cut fabric,cloth,ropes,webbing belts,styrofoam etc.Edge is well sealed and no fraying.

When you use a hot knife,please fit the suitable blades into the cutter.The screws must be tighten by using a wrench. Then please plug the hot knife in power and press the switch. The light is flashing now, so please adjust the upper wheel until the light is still shining.In this position, it is best temperature to cut your materials.

When you want to cut the thick materials,you could adjust the wheel to max position,so the cutting effection is very well.

When you use a hot knife,kindly often clean the blades during heating by the steel brush.

Please use the hot knife intermittently,5-10minutes, because high temperature is easy to cause the electric components being broken.
